Please ensure your address is filled in with all details, or the package we mail to you may be returned to us, or we might ignore your request to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Return Process

  • Not Satisfied with Your Order: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you received the product to return it in a like-new condition, free of visible wear and tear.
  • Damaged Items or Low Quality: If the product is defective or not working properly, please contact us at [email protected] and include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. We will send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, with no need to return the defective ones.

Please Note: The refund will be processed back to your account within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling Shipped-out Orders: If you are canceling an order when your parcel has already been shipped or is on its way to the destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs.
